When is the studio open?

• Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Using the studio outside these hours will attract an additional cost.

What is the caution fee for?

The caution fee is a refundable deposit that covers any damage or defacement of the studio space or property. It can also be used to cover an extension if you exceed your initially booked time.

How many people can I bring with me?

For convenience, we recommend a maximum of 5 people per booking.

What does the studio booking include?

Each booking includes a complimentary LED light for your session.

Can I come and do my makeup at the studio?

Yes, we have a dedicated makeup space included with your booking. However, the time spent on makeup is part of your booked session.

When will I be refunded?

If your caution fee is not used for any of the stated reasons, you will receive a refund within 24 hours after your shoot.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

You can reschedule your appointment at any time before your booked time.
Cancellations are not allowed.

When does my time start counting?

Your session starts exactly at the time you booked. For instance, if you have a one-hour session starting at 3:00 PM, your time begins at 3:00 PM and ends at 4:00 PM.
