Welcome to Èka Creative Studios. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made through our online booking system
• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
• Full payment must be made before the session
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will forfeit the deposit

2. Studio Usage

• Maximum capacity must be adhered to (5 persons except for events)
• No outdoor footwear allowed in the studio
• The studio must be left in its original condition
• Any damage to equipment or property will be charged accordingly

3. Equipment Rental

• All rented equipment must be handled with care
• Any damage or loss will be charged at replacement cost
• Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received
• Technical issues must be reported immediately

4. Time Management

• Sessions must start and end at the booked times
• Overtime will be charged at an additional rate
• Early access to the studio is not permitted
• Pack-up time must be included in your booking duration

5. Caution Fee

• A refundable caution fee is required for all bookings
• The fee will be returned within 24 hours after the session
• Deductions may be made for damages or policy violations
• Cleaning fees may be deducted if necessary

6. Prohibited Activities

• No smoking or alcohol consumption on premises
• No unauthorized equipment modifications
• No subletting of studio space
• No adult content production
